Features
The first floor bedroom has a standard double bed with sitting area and attached bathroom.
Filled with antiques and whimsical touches, the cozy decor and original bead-board on the walls
remind us of the vintage of this old farm cabin.

The loft bedroom has one twin bed and a full size double bed. There is plenty of floor space under the
skylights for game playing, puzzles, or reading. It is a cozy place that seems to appeal especially to
children. The under bed drawers are full of old favorites like Monopoly and Parcheesi and puzzles.
There are also books for all ages about nature and the history of the North Carolina mountains. Many
are by local authors with plenty of stories specific to this beautiful and rugged area.

Thanks for providing a great
getaway.  It is so nice to be
forced to give up cell phone
service and continual
interruptions to our time away.
We enjoyed the delicious
bread and jam, the hot tub, and
Kate keeping us safe.

Words cannot describe how
much we enjoyed our 4 days at
your farm.  It has been the
perfect respite from our crazy
lives at home.  The Farm
Cabin is beautiful and very
comfortable.  The animals
were fun to watch, and the
dogs... Well Katie sure won
several hearts.  The stars, the
Blue Ghosts, the frogs- Nora
said it best, "This is a great
place to be in nature."
We greatly appreciate your
wonderful hospitality.  Tom,
your stories were delightful
and your handiwork inspiring.
Judie, your knowledge of the
people and places in this area
is amazing.  You are both
fascinating people.  We so
enjoyed talking with you.  We
look forward to doing it again
someday.  We definitely flan to
return.  We wish you all the
best. Thank you so much for
the awesome experience that
we enjoyed here.
